What the day will look like
As a senior leader in the Human Capital Solutions organisation for Aon, you will drive client and commercial success through delivery of cutting-edge advisory and thought leadership across industries. You will be responsible for advisory revenue across lines which include (not limited to) organization design and workforce planning, job architecture, succession planning, sales force effectiveness, and total rewards.
This role has the potential to be a team leader or individual contributor role, and you will be expected to contribute to IP and thought leadership development, capability building, and knowledge management.

We develop insights on performance and people analytics, driven by our proprietary data, technology, and advisory services, to help clients reduce volatility and improve outcomes.
As a center of excellence for the Southeast Asia sub-region, our team members are ambassadors to innovate and bridge the leading solutions between global and local; the enablers to accelerate the sub-region to sell and deliver large and complicated projects, contribute to regional knowledge management; and the trailblazers to establish meaningful relationships with key accounts within Asia Pacific.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Extensive years of human capital experience, of which 50% is in a professional services environment.
Good grasp of the Southeast Asian market and client needs.
Ability to roll up sleeves, conceptualize and execute. Dealing with ambiguity and practicality of solutions comes with the position and client needs.
Role holder will be a collaborator to bring the best of Aon's colleagues and solutions to clients.
Expected to travel across Southeast Asia/Asia.
