About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven and organized
PMO
to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring effective execution across global teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in connecting the dots, aligning stakeholders, and turning vision into results.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the CHRO, supporting key people-related initiatives across functions and geographies.
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and risks for critical HR programs (e.g., performance management, talent development, DEI, and HR tech transformation).
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress and drive decision-making.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline HR operations and program delivery.
Support quarterly OKR tracking and strategic business reviews for the HR leadership team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, HR strategy and planning roles, ideally within fast-paced tech or financial services environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines with ease.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in
English and Mandarin
Chineseis essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders across the APAC region, including Greater China.
