Key Responsibilities:
Perform accounts payable functions, including preparing monthly payments to suppliers.
Monitor and follow up on disbursement and reconciliation.
Follow up with suppliers’ correspondence emails on accounts related matters.
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping.
Engage in month-end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts, and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Key Requirements:
Relevant academic qualifications in Finance and Accounting, preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
Good knowledge of IFRS and proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navision and Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team.
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Keen learning attitude, proactive, and decisive.
