Reporting to the Business Development Manager, SEA WSC, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the delivery of brand objectives quantitatively (volume, Net Sales and Profit) and qualitatively (trade inventory tracking, price management, compliance to trade terms) for assigned SEA export wholesalers. He/she will have to develop best-in-class working relationship with SEA export wholesalers and their staff and with all relevant internal departments. He/she will also have to support the BDM in building solid business plans: directly responsible for producing sales forecasts, for ensuring pricing monitoring frameworks are updated, for formulating marketing plans. To succeed he/she will also have to stay in tune with what is happening in the market, by developing strong working relationship with the customers. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and through ensuring timely and accurate planning of sales to Wholesalers who primarily distribute part of the Pernod Ricard portfolio to selected SEA markets. Overlaps with other business units could exist and will have to be managed pro-actively and in full internal transparency. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY Support Commercial Growth: Gather market data and business insights through direct customer contact and trade sources to support commercial decision-making. Monitor external market dynamics and flag risks or revenue leakage. Benchmark performance against market data and competitors. Develop strong relationship with existing customers and prospect new ones Assist senior stakeholders with data and insights for strategic decisions and commercial policy regular reviews Monitor orders, collections, and monthly closure processes. Coordinate with internal teams especially supply chain, customer service and accounting and with customers to ensure timely product delivery and follow-through. Step in to solve any issue raised by customers linked to the cash-to-delivery process Sales and Performance Analysis Track and analyze sales performance by market and brand quality. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business growth. Maintain and deliver regular commercial reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and clarity in all reporting materials. Provide actionable insights to support sales strategy, pricing, and targeting. Produce monthly sales forecasts, adopting a data-driven and fact-based approach; responsible for pre-DRM meeting content feeding to the Demand Planner and for presenting assumptions and output of forecasts during DRM meeting to the BDM. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives. Consolidate input for bottom-up projection. Ad-Hoc Projects Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve and better structure ways of working: data automation, system improvements, etc Cover for the Business Development Manager during her absence by managing key reporting responsibilities and maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to analysis, business planning, project management Proficient in Excel and business reporting tools (Power BI, Powerpoint, Word, Access). Previous experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial support is a plus. Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus Good command of spoken and written English Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze and organize significant amounts of information. Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities. Clear and confident communicator, with experience in liaising with customers or trade partners.
