Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Executive, Omnichannel Marketing supports the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across the South APAC region. This role will coordinate with franchise partners, manage asset delivery, implement retail marketing strategies, and track campaign performance. By aligning with global and regional priorities, the position will drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement.
Your Impact
Brand Marketing

  • Support Marketing Manager with developing marketing plans with our franchise partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make recommendations

Marketing Operations

  • Support Marketing Manager to develop an integrated omnichannel plan
  • Track availability of assets globally, identify gaps, and ensure timely delivery of assets and style guides to franchise partners
  • Work cross functionally and regionally to track priority stories, and align on the toolkit requirements

Retail Marketing

  • Support Visual Merchandising Manager in building out instore comms plan, in line with visual merchandising seasonal strategy
  • Lead signage/POP creation if required
  • Assist in tradeshow execution

Reporting

  • Develop monthly omnichannel marketing reports covering regional campaigns and best practices
  • Develop monthly VM photo reports
  • Manage monthly APAC Newsletter

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of related marketing experience preferably within the sports and apparel industry

  • University degree in business administration, major in Marketing will be preferred.
  • Self-starter who is proactive and solution-oriented, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player who can work well with different teams and personalities.
  • A passion for sports - bonus points if you know the game inside and out.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of organizing and overseeing multiple projects to meet brand standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
  • Creative and a strong eye for aesthetics to develop marketing strategies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
