Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Drive the creative vision for all marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, brand partnerships, and seasonal campaigns. Design Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to ensure high-quality deliverables. Hands-On Design: Actively contribute to graphic design projects, ensuring work is aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives. Commercial Impact: Prioritize creativity that delivers tangible business results; balance innovative ideas with practical, outcome-focused execution. AI & Tech Integration: Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, accelerate production timelines, and efficiently manage multiple campaign versions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Social Media, Public Relations, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, engaging, and optimized for target audiences. Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative outputs consistently reflect the brand’s voice, positioning, and premium image. Key Requirements Experience: Strong background in marketing communications, creative management, or design leadership within agencies, luxury retail, F&B, or similar sectors. Proven in-house portfolios are highly valued. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and manage a small creative team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Hands-On Creative Skills: Proficient in graphic design software and creative production; comfortable contributing directly to campaigns. Commercial Mindset: Able to translate creative ideas into measurable business outcomes; pragmatic in balancing art and commerce. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI-assisted design and production tools to improve efficiency and versioning. Passion & Personality: Enthusiastic about F&B and lifestyle brands, with a keen eye for trends, aesthetics, and guest experience. Communication: Excellent corporate-ready communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
