About the Role Our client, a reputable semi fine-dining French restaurant is going to open in the next few weeks. It is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and elevate the guest experience. Due to the restaurant's culinary concept and guest profile, this role requires someone of French background who can naturally represent the brand's authenticity and communicate effectively in both French and English . This role is ideal for a current Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader ready for the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Lead daily FOH operations for a semi fine-dining service environment Uphold and showcase authentic French hospitality standards Train, supervise, and mentor service staff to deliver impeccable guest service Manage reservations, guest relations, and dining room flow Work closely with the Head Chef on menu knowledge, wine pairing, and service style Ensure proper opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory procedures Respond to guest feedback and ensure consistent service excellence Support recruitment, roster planning, and staff performance development Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and brand presentation Requirements French nationality or native French background (to represent restaurant concept authentically)Fluent in English to interact with local and international guests Minimum 6 years in F&B, with at least 2 years in supervisory/assistant manager roles Experience in semi fine-dining or upscale restaurants preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Positive attitude, well-groomed, and passionate about hospitality Experience in start up is advantageous What the Restaurant Offers Attractive salary package + service charge + incentives Professional growth in a respected semi fine-dining brand Strong and supportive culinary and service team Opportunities to contribute ideas and shape guest experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
