Job Description

We are looking for an Annotation Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic technology-focused environment. As part of the Data Operations team, you will play a central role in enhancing the user experience by annotating data, evaluating customer feedback, and using language and cultural knowledge to evaluate responses against guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate data including audio and visual elements
  • Evaluate data from customers who have opted in to the grading program
  • Use analytical skills to evaluate responses and information against guidelines

Requirements:

  • Taiwanese Mandarin reading, writing, and comprehension skills
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
  • Understanding of local region and cultural variations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to independently navigate systems and tools

This is a 12-month contract position based at our corporate campus in Ang Mo Kio. The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
