Job Title: AI Data Annotation Specialist

As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience by annotating data which can be both audio and visual. You will evaluate data from customers who have opted-in to the grading program, using your language and cultural knowledge along with analytical skills.

Our team is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), ensuring Apple services are at their best. As part of the Data Operations team, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annotate data for Siri and other AI-powered services
  • Evaluate customer responses and information against guidelines
  • Collaborate with international teams to achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AIML
Requirements:
  • Korean reading, writing, and comprehension skills to support the language-specific market
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to partner with international teams
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
  • Understanding of local region and cultural variations
  • Demonstrates integrity and focuses on customer privacy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and critical thinking skills in evaluation of language usage and dialect
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
  • Experience in content review or similar environment, prior testing experience preferred
