SENIOR WORKPLACE COORDINATOR Snowflake is growing at an exponential pace and our Global Workplace team helps enable and accelerate our growth. We're passionate about our people, our customers, our values and our cultureSnowflake is looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator. This is a full time onsite position in our Singapore office. Reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager, you will support the day-to-day workplace operations in Singapore as part of our growing APJ Workplace team. AS A SENIOR WORKPLACE COORDINATOR AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Take genuine care and proactive responsibility for the entire workplace, exercising considerable judgement to ensure the office is maintained and ready for use at all times. Act independently and assume responsibility for all initiatives with minimal supervision. Manage the front of house operations and ensure an enjoyable, safe and collaborative place to work and visit for employees, customers, and guests. Ensure all building and Snowflake processes, procedures and regulations are followed, identifying opportunities for improvements to optimize the office space and employee experience. Maintain strong vendor management skills to ensure all vendors are consistently meeting or exceeding Snowflake standards. Independently track operational expenditure, manage associated budgets with efficiency in mind and ensure timely vendor payments. Take the lead on local projects and initiatives, which includes planning and execution of office-wide events and meetings in addition to Workplace lead events (eg. holiday parties). Foster a strong environment of collaboration between cross-functional teams in the office to ensure successful execution of initiatives and manage change. Develop internal communication content and plans for distribution that exemplifies the Workplace brand and mission. OUR IDEAL SENIOR WORKPLACE COORDINATOR WILL HAVE: 5+ years in a facilities, workplace or operations role in real estate and facility management. Both the ability to be self-sufficient and a team player, using great communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional partners locally and globally. A strong work ethic and eye for detail, along with a proven track record of completing complex tasks in resourceful and effective ways. Agility and an ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handling interruptions with an upbeat, professional attitude. Exercise considerable judgement in making recommendations for solutions and resolving issues. Innovation and creativity at mind when identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. A strong understanding of accounting and procurement processes. Strong computer skills that they'll apply to Canva, Google Suite, Slack and other software used by our team.
