Role and Responsibilities:

  • Protect the firm's repute and uphold its principles.
  • Assist management in implementing company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain design standards and quality control measures.
  • Lead feasibility studies, design development, tender documentation, and contract administration.
  • Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Assist senior associates or directors in delegating job assignments.
  • Familiarity with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
  • Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
  • Representing the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design, and authority compliance.
  • Supervising and managing applications for planning and building control departments.
  • Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
  • Preparing tender documents for contracts.
  • Administration of contracts.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship.
  • Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
  • Meeting project schedules and maintaining high standards.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): architecture, design, project management.
  • Preferably manager specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
