Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

As a senior architectural associate, you play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that meet clients' needs.

  • Develop detailed drawings and specifications to bring your vision to life.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and present design proposals to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the progress of on-site work to ensure timely completion and quality control.
  • Negotiate with contractors on design requirements and building progress.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A good degree in architecture from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
  • Registration with the Singapore Board of Architects is an advantage.
  • Excellent flair for design and knowledge of architectural detailing.
  • Proficiency in local codes and regulations, and construction practices.
  • Strong planning, organizational, supervision, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
