Boutique Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our store in Singapore. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving success, inspiring your team, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic client relationships and strong leadership.
  • Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop short and long-term goals for the boutique.
  • Devise and execute strategies to generate sales, while overseeing in-store promotional displays and exclusive customer events.
  • Stay up-to-date with local luxury market trends and monitor competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with local VIP and high-value clients.

Store Standards & Customer Care:

  • Lead by example with exceptional customer service, resolving issues diplomatically while upholding company policies.
  • Ensure the store adheres to brand visual merchandising guidelines and overall presentation standards.
  • Manage the store's upkeep, maintenance, and necessary repairs or improvements to maintain a luxurious shopping environment.

Budget & Operations Management:

  • Manage store operations efficiently, minimizing costs while ensuring smooth running of daily operations.
  • Oversee budget for headcount, couriers, postage, alterations, and outsourced work, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

People Management:

  • Lead and motivate your team by being a role model and fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and in-store training to ensure staff have excellent product knowledge and are aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage performance issues with support from HR, conducting appraisals, and setting development objectives for team members.
  • Coordinate staff rosters, monitor absences, and ensure appropriate coverage at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in boutique/store management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with experience in budget management, sales analysis, and staff development.
  • Possession of passion for luxury retail, knowledge of market trends, and ability to build relationships with VIP clients.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
