Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly via multiple channels.
  • You will handle customer feedback, complaints, and product-related queries in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback is crucial for our business. You will be responsible for keeping track of these interactions and providing regular updates to the internal team as needed.
  • Liaising with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries is a critical aspect of this role. You will work closely with our logistics team to resolve any delivery-related issues that may arise.
  • You will also be responsible for tracking shipments and assisting in resolving delivery-related issues. This includes communicating with customers about their orders and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will provide support related to billing, address updates, and other subscription-related tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing daily operations on our e-commerce platform.
  • This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between logistics, operations, and customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating e-commerce product listings, including creating new product pages, updating content, and ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Finally, you will assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events, including material preparation, event registration, and logistical arrangements.
  • As an Ecommerce Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting internal product tasting sessions. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A diploma in Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or logistics is highly valued.
  • You must be a problem-solver, organised, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking. Your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Comfortable using tools such as WooCommerce, Zendesk, and social media for customer interaction is a must. Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners are required.
  • Basic reading and writing in Japanese is required to communicate with Japanese logistics partners.
