Senior Product Manager Trading (Business Analyst)

Responsibilities
Market research: Responsible for market research, user research and frontline customer interviews for affiliate, partnership, referral and other products, discovering real needs and refining the essence of needs; formulate product strategy and product roadmap based on demand research and competitor analysis, and clarify product direction and goals.
Customer support: As a frontline product expert, carry out customer support related work and solve customer and partner problems; build long-term relationships and trust with frontline sales, marketing, and partners.
Data-driven: Drive the production and research team to be responsible for the product data performance of the product line they are responsible for, including user experience data and business data.
Market strategy: Lead the team to build the operation system of the product's go-to-market, achieve implementation and bring data results.
Requirements
Proven product experience in reputable trading platforms, particularly in areas such as CFD, crypto, derivatives, or securities.
Strong product-driven mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective product solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a product expert in relevant business lines.
Solid understanding of operations; hands-on operational experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Chinese to work with global teams and stakeholders.
