About The Team OKX began as a crypto exchange providing millions of people access to crypto trading and has grown into one of the largest platforms worldwide. What You'll Be Doing Own the OKX options trading product, setting business goals and achieving OKRs within the broader trading product ecosystem. Identify traders' pain points and develop innovative solutions to improve the trading experience and increase trading volume. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including market makers and structured product issuers, to grow the options ecosystem. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, research, analysis, and execution from concept to launch. What We Look For In You Strong interest in crypto and options trading. At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in trading. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science preferred. Solid skills in product development, design, and project management. Excellent logical thinking and communication skills. Proactive, enthusiastic, empathetic to user feedback, and a team player. Ability to independently lead projects. Nice to Have Strong understanding of the crypto options trading landscape. Team management experience.
