Corporate Operations Management Drive the activities for strategic growth opportunities internationally. Evaluate Operations development opportunities with all entities/sites for strategic plans alignment with corporate strategy to increase manufacturing/service and products offerings that are complimentary to the status of company. Responsible for the operations objective and profit plans. Plan the performance in all of the areas: Manufacturing/production, Engineering, Quality departments. Drive a dynamic production force with excellent tactical production objective to develop the delivery for Operations results. Corporate Engineering / Production Formulate and provide directives for Engineering / Production Department in meeting organization's goals. Accountable with the assigned factory sections in terms of New Model Development. Analyse section profit / loss of projects and providing cost control and cost effectiveness strategy. Involvement with evaluation, recommendation and also as a decision maker for newly factory, machineries, tooling that relate to the machining setup and processes. Ensure effective control of machine up / down time and well scheduled & optimized machine performance and capacity. Manpower balancing and deployment strategy with manpower skill set. Continuous improvement program to ensure productivity, cost and quality effectiveness. Provide application support query on process time estimation and special / engineering needs on sales quotation. Formulate and provide system in document control of engineering / technical / ECN drawings / forms and operational support programs. Formulate, identify and conduct management / training workshop to initiate / facilitate staff in aligning organizations missions and objectives and actions plans. Review / prepare, administer and implement Process Manufacturing Planand other Operationalprocedures in accordance tothe technical specifications,customer's surveillance requirements,and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in theirexecution. Ensure the proper implementation of machine maintenance and control of tooling. Ensure and coordinate the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices. To maintain good house-keeping - 6S and ensure all Engineering practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in workplace. Corporate Quality Manage, build and maintained a strong team of leaders of positive skills, analytical and with good manufacturing acumen combined with high level of competency to deliverable results. Direct and lead the operational quality and organizational stability through development and improvement of standards, controls, systems process and procedure. Lead the production activities on a safe, smooth and efficient operation, operating in compliance with all areas of WHSE which include risk management to allentities/sites in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time. Corporate Administration /Others Influence team across level to negotiate effectively for success in each team role. Built a team of strongly involved people with good leadership skill, ability to communicate clearly and with compelling vision for the Company's future. Establish and direct allentities/sites plant policies and procedure. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping for product quality control for all entities/sites. Authorities (within the scope as defined in the Company Policy): To Support Operations, Sales, Production long terms of source management To source & improve in Operations and Production development plan, analysis and system and end results. Problem solver and decision maker to all Operational Development. Education level: Min. Diploma/Degree level or its relevant with computer literacy (Microsoft office). Experience level: More than eight (8) years in relevant experience in relevant working experience in MNC manufacturing, precision or relevant. Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational/operational, presentation, analytical and negotiation skills.
