Responsibilities Design, develop, and iterate prompts for AI interaction scenarios in 2C (consumer-facing) products, focusing on user intent recognition and multi-turn dialogue optimization. Conduct A/B testing to enhance model output quality and overall user interaction experience. Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify core pain points of AI functionalities, translate insights into clear PRDs, and drive end-to-end implementation in collaboration with algorithm and engineering teams. Build and maintain prompt performance evaluation systems using tools such as Python and MySQL; generate optimization insights through data analysis. Explore and prototype cutting-edge applications of technologies such as RAG and AI Agents in consumer-facing AI products. Participate in the development of the internal Prompt Management Platform, establish standards for version control, template reuse, and prompt asset management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in 2C product development, including at least 1 year in prompt engineering, AI product design, or NLP-related work. Proficient in Python (capable of independently calling large model APIs and writing test scripts) and skilled in MySQL queries and SQL/Pandas-based data processing. Deep understanding of mainstream large language model capabilities, with proven experience in implementing and optimizing prompts for consumer‐facing applications. Strong product sense with a keen ability to identify core user needs and translate them into actionable requirements and PRDs. Excellent cross‐functional communication, data‐driven mindset, and ability to learn and innovate quickly. Preferred Qualifications End-to-end experience delivering intelligent dialogue or generative AI products for consumer use cases. Familiarity with prompt development frameworks such as LangChain or Dify, or experience with RAG and AI Agent development. Proficiency in Docker and Git; educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
