**Job Title:** Clinical Care Specialist

Job Description:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating clinical services and nursing care rendered to patients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services and nursing care to patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Perform procedures and treatments to improve patient comfort and well-being.
  • Dispense medications as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Communicate and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers.
  • Assist in administrative duties such as record-keeping and reporting.
  • Provide patient education related to their clinical condition.
  • Participate in the treatment and examination of patients under the supervision of medical staff.
  • Perform phlebotomy or blood taking services under minimum supervision.
  • Assist patients in various clinical or auxiliary departments as assigned.
  • Provide guidance and orientation to clinic assistants and others.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the clinic by participating in all activities as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients at all times.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
