Cloud Specialist | Ang Mo Kio | $6400 - $9500 #5252Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)Job Responsibilities Analyze tender specifications and client requirements to design, propose, and deploy suitable cloud infrastructure and solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, Huawei, etc.)Implement, configure, and test hybrid/multi-cloud integrations with on-premise systems Manage cloud performance, security, scalability, and availability using monitoring tools Create solution architecture documents, technical diagrams, and user documentation Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for cloud and system issues Collaborate with the network infrastructure team for integration between cloud and on-premise environments Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and best practices Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare configuration and project documentation Implement backup, restore, monitoring, and CIS compliance practices in cloud (Optional) Handle system implementation such as high-availability networking, firewalls, servers, storage, backup, AD/LDAP, IAM, RDBMS/NoSQL, Kubernetes, API management, and disaster recovery setup Job Requirements Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architecture, automation, and integration Hands‐on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Proficient in monitoring, scripting, and deployment tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, Node.js)Familiar with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, REST)Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CompTIA Cloud+, Cisco Cloud)Added advantage: VMware, VAPT, DevOps (Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira), CI/CD, system hardening, IaaS/PaaS, and backup/DR experience If you are interested, please submit your application here.
