Vice President Lean Digital Transformation

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the COO/Sr. GOL/Portfolio Owner to develop and implement a continuous improvement (CI) agenda. Your responsibilities will include partnering with operations to identify and execute Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities. Through continuous improvement efforts, you will be accountable for delivering on committed productivity targets, enhancing productivity in TBP accounts, and reducing Bad Bench in named accounts. Program managing the deployment of Digital Twin in prioritized accounts within the vertical will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will also be tasked with identifying digital use cases and aligning resources to ensure stability in significant wins.Your role will involve de-risking operations through the implementation of Risk Control and Best Practice frameworks. You will orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvements and create long-term value. Holding yourself and the organization accountable for meeting Genpact client commitments will be a key expectation. Additionally, you will take ownership of agreed-upon transformation initiatives by collaborating with Business, Service Line, and Regional LDT leadership.To excel in this role, you should possess the following traits and success competencies:- A growth and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in Lean and Digital Transformation within reputable organizations.- Intellectual agility and curiosity to bring insightful perspectives and innovative approaches to discussions.- Demonstrated track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.- Strong abilities to engage with senior leaders, build internal networks, and deliver impactful programs in complex-matrixed environments.- Decisiveness and comfort in navigating ambiguity and taking risks.- High level of digital acumen and consultative selling skills.In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:Minimum qualifications:- Post Graduation from Top institutes.- Relevant work experience in core Finance areas (FP&A, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.), Financial Systems, or Analytics.- Previous senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting with a proven impact on delivery.- Global exposure with a consistent track record of successful digital projects involving Robotics, AI, and automation.- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders to drive resolutions and decisions.- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, leadership, relationship management, flexibility, adaptability, and accountability for targeted productivity outcomes.- Qualifications and demonstrated experience in leading Lean projects or applying 6Sigma methodologies with measurable efficiency and quality improvements would be advantageous.- Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations.Preferred Qualifications/Skills:- Experience in digital deployment for large/medium-scale customers.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in driving operational excellence and transformation, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
