We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President , Core Operations Transformation Manager) - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Transaction Svs Sr Manager – C13) based in Singapore. In this role, you're expected to:
  • Partner with the operations team, risk and control function and business partners to ensure seamless service delivery across Core Ops activities
  • Provide effective oversight of third party / Citi affiliate activities, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, strengthening risk controls and synchronizing operational efforts with strategic priorities to achieve faster
