About The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead research and product design for our DEX aggregator, including creating PRDs, prototypes, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and launch of the project.
Manage the product lifecycle, analyze data, and optimize performance regularly.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of product management experience; background in CS and communication preferred.
Experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies; familiarity with DeFi ecosystems is a plus.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
Ownership mentality and project management skills.
Key competencies include project management, user experience focus, user growth strategies, and understanding of Web3 and DeFi.
