About The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead research and product design for our DEX aggregator, including creating PRDs, prototypes, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, testing—to ensure successful project implementation and launch.
Manage the product lifecycle, develop data indicators, analyze daily data, and optimize performance.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or higher, 3-5 years of product management experience; background in computer science and communication preferred.
Experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies; familiarity as a DeFi user is a plus.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
Ownership mentality and project management skills.
Key competencies: project management, user experience, growth strategies, Web3 and DeFi knowledge.
