**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management professional to lead our APAC team in the Leveraged Finance business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in portfolio credit management, leveraged finance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing monitoring and management of a portfolio with 55+ borrowers of non-investment grade financial sponsor-backed financings originated by our group.
  • To conduct analysis and proactive management of long-term debt sizing and distribution activities of our assets.
  • Responsible for timely reporting of our portfolio to stakeholders, including senior management and audit, ensuring portfolio adherence to internal and external requirements and procedures.
  • To assist refinancing and cross-sell opportunities with portfolio borrowers in conjunction with relevant internal counterparts.
  • Leading the setting of strategic framework for our Asset Management team.
  • Day-to-day management of the Asset Management Team with 4-6 members across APAC.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or finance sector, including leveraged finance and portfolio credit management.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Managerial or team leadership experience with several members.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and responsibility for decisions.
  • Eager participation in the team with a can-do attitude.
  • Independence and adaptability in changing environments.
