Job Description An exciting journey awaits as we open our flagship store in SingaporeWe seek a dedicated & passionate Part Time Retail Sales Executive , a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times. Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy Operations Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions Inventory replenishment Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand Operates POS cash register & handles various
