This is a role with full accountability for the business's financial performance, day‐to‐day operations, human resources, procurement, marketing, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results‐driven professional with a proven track record in the F&B industry and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment. This role demands full operational ownership and requires availability during peak evening hours, weekends, and public holidays, as the position is critical to maintaining service excellence and driving profitability. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects including budgeting, P&L management, cost control, cash flow, and financial reporting. Monitor food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability. Liaise with external accountants and ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. Operations Leadership: Ensure seamless daily operations across front‐of‐house and back‐of‐house functions. Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments. Human Resources: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage all staff (kitchen, service, bar, etc.). Handle performance reviews, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and team development. Foster a positive, professional, and customer‐centric work culture. Procurement & Inventory: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for food, beverages, and supplies. Oversee inventory control, waste reduction, and stock rotation to minimize losses. Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of all goods. Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales. Manage social media presence, promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to position the restaurant competitively. Requirements Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B regulations , including licensing (SFA, SPF), hygiene (NEA), and employment laws. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and capable of multitasking in a high‐volume environment. Must be available to work 6 days per week , including all weekends and public holidays , with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM . No overtime compensation or transport allowance will be provided—candidates must acknowledge and accept these terms. Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
