Senior Visual Merchandiser – L'Oréal Join L'Oréal as a Senior Visual Merchandiser and drive the brand’s visual experience across retail stores in Singapore. What will you do?Plan, create and execute visual merchandising concepts for Aesop stores and department store counters, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact. Manage visual merchandising standards across the portfolio of stores, including prop procurement, installation and maintenance within the allocated budget. Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop and implement campaign displays, seasonal merchandising and store openings. Lead and mentor visual merchandising coordinators and store advocates, providing training and development programmes. Interpret global visual merchandising guidelines and translate them to local marketing priorities to drive commercial success. Analyse sales data, stakeholder feedback and store performance to implement relevant commercial changes and optimise visual story‐telling. Maintain health and safety compliance and adhere to company policies at all times. Key responsibilities Visual merchandising – create and maintain visual standards for stores and counters. Campaigns and seasonal displays – plan and execute large display installations. New store openings – lead the store opening process and communicate with stakeholders. Team involvement – foster a collaborative team culture and support colleagues. Health and safety – protect the well‐being of employees, visitors and consultants. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in visual merchandising, visual arts, interior or stage design. 5–10 years of experience designing three‐dimensional space displays in commercial or creative environments. Strong attention to detail and design aesthetic, with excellent organisational and commercial skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively and achieve optimal results with others. Solid understanding of budgets, business reporting, and interpretation of sales data.
