Design and implement process enhancements to improve quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct on-site studies, data collection, time-motion analysis, and pilot testing of new processes or solutions. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and documentation for internal and client use. Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance outcomes of implemented improvements. Lead research on emerging technologies, tools, and methods relevant to the company's industry focus. Support management in project planning, budgeting, and reporting related to R&D initiatives. Provide training, guidance, and technical support to teams adopting new processes or systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant industry standards. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline. Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in process improvement, operations excellence, or research and development roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and report preparation. Comfortable working off-site with clients from various industries. Hands-on attitude, able to execute and lead implementation personally when required. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
