Overview
Regional business responsibility for the sustainable growth and expansion of the Spectrum Monitoring (SPM) and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Application Segment. Responsible for sales strategy, product and solutions portfolio and pricing, as well as responsibility for order intake, revenue, costs and earnings for the SPM / C-UAS business. Development of business plans and a future oriented market strategy and ensuring their sustainable implementation. Identification of new business potentials and business cases in close coordination with regional sales and product management. Responsibility for building and maintaining the regional customer network in close coordination with the sales teams.
Responsibilities

Your tasks

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering
Industry knowledge in the domains of spectrum monitoring and counter unmanned aerial systems will be given priority
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the areas of business
Relevant regional experience in market development and building new markets
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
Able to travel
