Visual Changes Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Manager to lead the creative direction and visual style of our interior design projects
The Creative Manager will be responsible for guiding the aesthetic and functional vision across all projects, ensuring design excellence from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and defining the creative direction and visual aesthetics for diverse residential and commercial interior design projects.
Developing innovative and functional design concepts that align with Visual Changes Interior's philosophy of balancing beauty and practicality.
Inspiring, mentoring, and providing guidance to the internal design team.
Staying abreast of global interior design trends, materials, and technologies to inform new design approaches.
Overseeing the entire design process from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Refining interior space planning, layout optimization, and material selections to achieve optimal design solutions.
Collaborating closely with project managers and contractors to ensure design integrity during renovation works.
Conducting quality checks on design deliverables and on-site execution to maintain high standards.
Engaging closely with clients to understand their lifestyles, preferences, and aspirations, translating them into tailored design solutions.
Preparing and delivering compelling design presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
Managing client feedback and revisions to ensure high client satisfaction and foster strong, positive relationships, primarily through referrals and private network.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative field.
Proven experience in interior design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior design role.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong design conceptualization skills and successful project execution across residential and commercial sectors.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Exceptional aesthetic judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and material sourcing in Singapore.
A genuine passion for transforming spaces and a commitment to delivering personalized and elegant design solutions.
