Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven
Salesforce Developer (Junior)
to support the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational experience to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, JavaScript, and HTML.
Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues within service level timelines.
Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
Handle custom objects, fields, page layouts, and data migration using Salesforce DataLoader and Excel.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements or integrations.
Manage sandbox environments and ensure proper deployment processes are followed.
Support report and dashboard creation (regular and ad-hoc).
Provide user training, create system documentation, and support cross-functional IT initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Minimum 2 years of exposure to application support or software maintenance roles.
Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with both development and production environments.
Bonus: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), Sales Cloud, or Developer certifications.
