What you'll be doing
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions
Develop custom Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations to enhance the Salesforce platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce-based business processes
Troubleshoot and maintain existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance
Provide guidance and support to end-users on the effective utilisation of Salesforce features
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to recommend improvements
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, and customisation
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
