Business Analyst (Digitalization) Drive digital initiatives by shaping technology-enabled business solutions, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical outcomes that support organisational transformation and data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Delivery Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process enhancements. Manage project deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee issue tracking and resolution. Build strong relationships with business units, serving as the link between users and technical teams. Support ongoing optimisation and improvement of business processes and digital tools. Digital Strategy & Innovation Use frameworks like Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and Customer Journey Mapping to shape new digital capabilities. Advise stakeholders on leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. Change Management Contribute to change initiatives by promoting user adoption and ensuring smooth transition to new systems and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or project coordination/management. Proactive, organised, and analytical, with strong attention to quality and detail. Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of digital tools, business process improvement, and IT-enabled solutions.
