Job Description Design the overall solution of the Contact Center sales & delivery project, take responsibility for the success of the project, identify key project risks, and collaborate to close the project to ensure successful project. Responsibilities Active participation in opportunity discovery and sales strategy session. Scoping and managing workshops & proof of concept. Managing and addressing queries of proposed solutions. Active participation along with solution/technical team in the activities involving functional design, technical design, configuration analysis, support test strategy/plan/process and training plan. Map business requirements to baseline functionalities, perform gap analysis and provide solution for customer's business requirements. Job Requirements Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Familiar with Contact Center Architecture & Business Processes including knowledge of Digital Economy. Minimum 5 years in ICT working experience. Minimum 3 years working experience in consulting role in Contact Center. Candidate with telecom experience is preferred. Must have a very good knowledge of Contact Center products as well as clear understanding of the Business Support System of the telecommunication industry. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and interact internally/externally involving people with diversified cultural backgrounds. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China. #J-18808-Ljbffr
