Key Responsibilities Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features and styling options, to effectively assist customers. Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending suitable products Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records. Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions. Able to commit to retail hours Requirements GCE ‘N’ Level or above. Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands. Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style. Presentable, pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
