The Email Marketing Specialist position entails designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to nurture prospects, engage accounts, and support customer acquisition across various markets. The primary responsibilities include managing campaign strategy, database segmentation, automation, and analytics.You will be responsible for managing email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns or a similar platform. This involves segmenting databases by geography, industry, and training needs. Additionally, you will design automated drip campaigns and newsletters with engaging content, implement progressive profiling to enhance customer data, and continuously monitor campaign performance to optimize based on open and click-through rates.Collaboration with Inside Sales to pass marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) is crucial. Ensuring compliance with data protection and anti-spam regulations, as well as actively launching list building campaigns are also key aspects of this role.The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM marketing. A strong understanding of email campaign metrics, A/B testing, and proficiency in tools like Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms are required. Good copywriting skills and basic design abilities, including Canva and HTML email editing, are also essential.The key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include email deliverability, open rates, new leads generated, click-through rates (CTR), and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).This is a full-time position with a requirement for at least 1 year of experience in using AI tools for lead generation. The work location is remote.,
