Job Requirements This role requires a blend of financial acumen, technical knowledge of elevator systems, and strategic management skills: Understanding lift components, maintenance requirements, common failure modes, and industry standards. Proficiency in financial analysis methods like Net Present Value (NPV), life cycle cost analysis (LCCA) software. The ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategy and integrate LCC considerations into early design and planning stages.
