The projects you will work on will help shape the future of the Web3 ecosystem, with a focus on building advanced AI systems that will drive key products such as intelligent trading agents, compliance systems, and personalized customer experiences.
What You’ll Build
Web3 Data Lake LLM : Develop systems to ingest and reason over massive on-chain and off-chain datasets to generate real-time insights.
Trading System LLM : Design intelligent trading agents, signal generators, and strategy optimization engines.
Compliance and Regulatory LLM : Automate compliance workflows, travel-rule enforcement, and on-chain forensics at scale.
AI-powered Web3 Applications : Create new AI-powered Web3 tools, such as customer service bots, trading-signal dashboards, and more.
These innovations will impact multiple internal products and help shape the future of Web3 and AI in finance.
Responsibilities
Model R&D : Architect and train custom foundational LLMs optimized for trading, compliance, and Web3 data.
Agent Development : Build next-gen multi-agent systems that integrate search, reinforcement learning (RL), and LLM reasoning for real-world tasks.
Data Engineering : Work on Web3 data-lake design, including ETL pipelines, vector stores, and real-time data feeds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, compliance, and customer-support teams to deploy models in production environments.
Innovation Pipeline : Surface new AI-Web3 use cases, prototype MVPs, and shepherd them to scale.
Requirements
Academic Excellence : Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Research Prodigy : Proven track record of publishing in top conferences and journals such as
ICLR ,
NeurIPS ,
ACL , etc., especially in areas related to foundational LLMs, agent frameworks, or reasoning architectures.
Expertise in RL and Reasoning : Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, and related paradigms. Bonus points for experience in building or extending agentic frameworks.
Coding Proficiency : Fluent in
Python
and experienced with frameworks such as
PyTorch ,
TensorFlow , or
JAX . Ability to prototype new model architectures end-to-end.
Crypto & Web3 Enthusiasm : A keen interest in
finance engineering ,
blockchain protocols ,
on-chain data ,
DeFi mechanics , and
regulatory landscapes .
