Modern Work Copilot Technical Sales Professional
Microsoft Japan is seeking candidates for a technical sales role specializing in AI-driven solutions such as Copilot for Microsoft 365, as well as hybrid work solutions centered around Microsoft 365 and Teams. This position involves engaging with customers and presenting proposals from a technical perspective.
Key responsibilities include promoting a wide range of scenarios, such as:
Designing remote work environments that support productivity anytime, anywhere.
Driving digital transformation through AI adoption for office workers, starting with frontline employees.
Facilitating cross-departmental data utilization initiatives within client organizations.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Microsoft 365 and Teams who are eager to support customers in advancing their Administrative and Digital Transformation (AX/DX) goals through hybrid work solutions, including Copilot. Qualifications
Technical Solution Leader:
Technical depth:
Technical experience with design, configuration and implementation of infrastructure in Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva and management cloud as well as competitive product knowledge (Google, Zoom, Cisco) required.
Voice & Network Architect:
Deep experience with network routing (TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls and protocols), telecommunication platforms, voice applications & integration preferred.
Cloud Trust:
Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance preferred.
Collaborative:
Able to work cohesively with customers and Microsoft partners required.
Excellent Communicator:
Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
Performer:
Highly driven individual who consistently exceeds goals required.
Growth Mindset:
Passion for learning and sharing knowledge required.
Technical breadth:
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 data lifecycle management solutions preferred.
Executive Presence:
Experience engaging with senior level executives preferred.
Consultative Technical Selling:
Experience in consultative technical selling preferred.
Community Builder:
Ability to work with and influence Microsoft customers and partners preferred.
Consummate Professional:
Experience:
3+ years of related experience in technical pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
You will help customers make technical decisions to build tomorrow's business and IT solutions based on Microsoft technology.
You will be the subject matter expert on your local sales team leading technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for Copilot for Microsoft 365, Teams Meetings, Calling and Devices.
You will own winning the technical decision at customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios.
You will work with partners and others at Microsoft to extend your reach and focus on satisfying important customer needs.
