to join our team and support our Fortune 500 clients:
Qualifications
Qualified lawyer with minimum of 1 or more years of experience in investment funds practice from lawfirms, or experience with asset management firms
Strong knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations applicable to investment funds
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds, including drafting offering documents, fund agreements, and regulatory filings.
Advise on compliance with Singapore laws and regulations governing investment funds such as SFA, MAS
Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses, subscription agreements, partnership agrements, and management agreements
Assist in fund transactions and regulatory matters and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
