Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in the SCDP (Succession & Career Development Planning) module. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of overall SuccessFactors experience with a minimum of two end-to-end SCDP implementations. The consultant will be responsible for driving requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, integration alignment, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Succession and Career Development Planning processes. Key Responsibilities Succession & Career Development Planning (SCDP)Lead end-to-end SCDP module implementations, covering Succession Planning, Career Development, and Talent Review processes. Configure: Talent Pools & Position Talent Pipelines Nomination methods (position, role, talent pool)Matrix Grid Reports (9-box & Performance/Potential matrices)Career Worksheet & Career Pathing Development Goals, Development Plans, and Competency Mapping Calibration templates, sessions, and workflows Set up role-based permissions (RBP) to support succession visibility and security requirements. Coordinate with Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Central teams for cross-module alignments. General SuccessFactors Responsibilities Conduct requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis. Prepare and document functional specifications, configuration guides, and process flows. Deliver configuration in accordance with SuccessFactors best practices. Support integration design with SAP CPI or other middleware. Assist with data migration activities, including preparation of templates and load validations. Lead UAT, manage defects, and support global rollout activities. Analyze and implement changes resulting from quarterly SF release cycles. Provide production support, resolve issues, and recommend enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in Succession & Career Development Planning (SCDP). Strong hands-on knowledge of: Succession org chart & matrix views Calibration & Talent Review Meetings Career Planning, Career Worksheet, Career Paths Development Goals & Competency Framework Talent Pools & Talent Search MDF objects and RBP configuration Solid understanding of SuccessFactors integration points with: PMGM (Performance & Goals)Compensation EC Employee Profile Strong experience with: Data migration & templates Business rules, workflows OData/APIs (Good to have)Good-to-Have Skills Experience with PMGM or Compensation modules. SAP HCM / HR domain knowledge. Exposure to Agile methodology. SuccessFactors certifications in SCDP or related modules. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Engineering, or related field.
