The Regional Facilities Manager - APAC, based in Singapore, is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of facilities services across Meta's APAC offices. This role works cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a world-class workplace experience. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Facilities team making Meta the number one place to work globally. This full-time position will be located at our regional HQ in Singapore. Travel to sites within the APAC & International region will be required for this role.Responsibilities Oversee and ensure efficient delivery of all facilities management services within the APAC region, aligning with business objectives and global standards. Act as the primary point of contact for service suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations and service levels are met. Conduct regular inspections of APAC offices to maintain standards and compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Coordinate permit-to-work processes and contractor management as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, Catering, Finance, IT, etc.) to support seamless service delivery. Encourage innovation and cost efficiency with suppliers. Manage budgets for APAC facilities, providing narratives for variances and ensuring cost control. Support and lead special projects, renovations, and post-opening construction work at APAC sites. Review and process facilities management invoices for timely payments. Ensure offices are compliant with all relevant regulations and Meta policies. Support the appointment and training of Fire Marshalls and First Aiders. Leverage data and technology to drive operational improvements, site resiliency, sustainability, and workplace experience. Champion regional initiatives and support global consistency in operational standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related discipline 10+ years of experience in facilities management, including responsibility for hard & soft services, standards, SLAs, and KPIs Strong understanding of building services (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC), BMS, and commercial contracts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage projects and budgets in a dynamic, multi-office environment Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently Experience in customer-oriented roles and high-pressure environments Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
