We are seeking a skilled Jewellery Retail Associate to join our team.

Job Description

As a Jewellery Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on diamond jewellery.

You will also be responsible for delivering product demos, ensuring a smooth flow of interactions for our clients, and handling all aspects of the sales process. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized recommendations on diamond jewellery
  • Deliver product demos and ensure a smooth flow of interactions for clients
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year experience in high-end retail and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays. You should possess excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
