We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

Working Location: IMM Singapore / ION Orchard / Marina Bay Sands

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in retail sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Assist in merchandising and visual displays
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Job Requirement

  • 1+ years' experience in fashion retail
  • Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays
  • Minimum GCE O Level certification or equivalent
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Associate position
