Senior Executive/Executive, Community Partnerships

Purpose of Job: To execute projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management. Key responsibility areas: Strategic Planning and Implementation Contribute to planning, development and execution of fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial sustainability and growth. Identify, build and cultivate opportunities for corporate sponsorships, long-term partnerships and collaborations. Donor and Partner Relations Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders. Proactively identify and engage potential corporate partners to expand the donor network. Ensure consistent communication and stewardship to enhance donor experience and retention. Fundraising Initiatives and Events Conceptualize, plan, execute and evaluate fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and events, to generate funds for financial sustainability and growth. Oversee all areas of event logistics to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and events while maximizing fundraising impact. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyse fundraising performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on campaign results, donor contributions, and corporate engagement for internal and external stakeholders. Inter-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with all relevant teams to develop impactful marketing and outreach materials for fundraising campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Community/Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising. Experience in organising events and campaigns management is an added advantage. Experience working in social service agencies is an added advantage. Good oral and written communication skills. Passionate in working with stakeholders and good interpersonal skills. Willing to learn and be guided. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Stay responsive to evolving challenges and shifting priorities, adjusting strategies and approaches to drive continued success. Collaboration & Communication: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and communities. Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze fundraising performance, donor trends, and engagement metrics to develop insights that inform strategies and initiatives. Empathy & Relationship Building: Engage authentically with stakeholders, understanding their perspectives and tailoring solutions to strengthen partnerships. Project Leadership & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while managing resources effectively and aligning with organizational goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
