Our organization is seeking an exceptional Project Assurance Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a project assurance process across various regional and local projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead Project Assurance Process : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a comprehensive project assurance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure Appropriate Levels of Assurance : Work closely with project managers to identify and implement necessary assurance activities, guaranteeing that projects meet the required levels of complexity and risk management.
  • Provide Guidance and Expertise : Offer authoritative guidance on assurance types and approaches, supporting project managers in their decision-making processes.
  • Integrate Assurance Activities : Collaborate with project managers to incorporate planned assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and effective risk management.
  • Maintain Relationship with Stakeholders : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and HO 2nd line assurance teams, to ensure accurate and timely analysis and interpretation of project management assurance activity.

  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate complex ideas effectively, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Assurance and Risk Management Expertise : Demonstrated understanding of assurance principles, risk management frameworks, and project management methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork : Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Strategic Thinking : Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
