Easily Achievable Annual Incentives. Fully guided by senior/Superior and Leads are provided. Job Responsibilities Drive consistent and reliable sales revenue Research design concepts and prepare detailed quotations for client meetings Develop practical and innovative design ideas to present to clients Create and manage schedules to coordinate and oversee sub‐contractors and suppliers Supervise projects and negotiate costs effectively Ensure proper documentation is prepared and submitted to relevant authorities Provide support to the directors as needed Job Requirements At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Commission Based Sales / Property Industry / related field is required for this position. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates). Persons specialized / has qualifications in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. (preferred)Attentive & keen learner. Able to work independently & in teams. Strong sense of responsibility. Good working attitude, self‐motivated and hardworking. Proficiency Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop (preferred)Industry knowledge (training provided)IMPORTANT NOTICE This position only offers commission as salary.
