Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Architecture and registration with the relevant board.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Archicad preferred) and other design tools.
  • Excellent design presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
