Job Title: Project Engineer
An ACMV Engineer oversees the planning and coordination of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works in construction projects.
The role involves supervising contractors and workers to complete tasks on time and within budget, while providing solutions for any technical issues that arise. Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting technical designs and drawings
- Managing ACMV works to meet project specifications
- Preparing reports for clients and stakeholders on progress, delays, and rectification measures
- Planning and arranging manpower deployment
- Providing technical advice and resolving ACMV technical issues on site
- Supervising ACMV works (e.g. installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation) in construction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Local experience 5 years (Required)
- BCA's M&E Coordination Specialist Diploma (Preferred)
